We Made It!

We have arrived! After a 2:45 am wakeup, two planes, a bumpy car ride and some spanglish, we finally arrived at our humble abode in Antigua, Guatemala. We (Hana, Caroline, Lindsay) will be living here for the next month, working with the non-profit organization called Common Hope. We hope to do a little bit of everything- teach in the New Hope schools, volunteer in the medical clinics, help out in coffee fields and even do a little bit of construction. We will also be doing some work with a microfinance non-profit called As Green As It Gets. This blog will be a sounding board for our ideas, our observations, our experiences, and photos while here in this beautiful country. Enjoy!
